CanDo MVP Balance System Level 2 - Red

The MVP balance system is a versatile modular system that comes with four different non-skid platforms and five color-coded instability balls to choose from. By adjusting the platform stability, you can create various levels of difficulty to suit your needs. This system is ideal for improving balance, coordination, ankle and knee strength and rehabilitation, ankle flexibility, core stability, posture, and proprioceptive training.

Each platform can be used as a wobble board with one ball in the center, or as a rocker board with two balls on opposite sides. You can also place one ball off-center for range-of-motion and stretching exercises. The smaller balls provide minimal instability, while the larger balls offer the most instability. Using larger platforms can help limit the instability for beginners.

You can purchase individual components separately or in kits that may include wall hang storage racks. The color-coded instability balls can also be used with the CanDo Multi-Axial Positioning System. This system is latex-free and made in the USA, with package dimensions of 4" L x 4" W x 4" H.
